Summit has a 'community director' to help merge with this community, but from what I can tell that's just BS. In looking at the plan, it looks like they want to create an elitist compound. The VILLAGE center is PRIVATE for pete's sake. They have a 'ski concierge' building on their plan that looks to be a guard house to keep the underprivileged out. Everything south of hidden lake will be PRIVATE-- trails that have been accessed PUBLICLY for years. If they really want to integrate in this community I think it should be visible in their actions. So far I'm unconvinced. It seems like they want to keep us out.
