URGENT -- Green Valley Academy Files for Well Permit - Protests must be submitted by June 22, 2011

Green Valley Academy has filed for a well permit under Jared Balmer.  Protests need to be filed before June 22, 2011.  Click this link for instructions on protest filing  Anyone concerned about their water must file a protest.

To date, only 4 neighbors have filed a complaint, but this request for 13 ac./ft. of water could have far reaching effects to those both near the property and beyond.
Don't sit back and assume someone else is going to do this for you. If you have a a concern, file a protest on your behalf.
Click this link and select the county "Weber" and it will pull up the current petitioned wells. Instructions on how to file are at the top of the web page.

Here's the pertinent info from the link.

There are actually 7 neighbors on that page that have filed a protest not 4.

"Actually," thanks for keeping us honest, but when the article was posted at 7:03 am there were only four listed on the Water Rights web site. (Jeffs, Nass, Johnson and Granath). Now there are seven complainants.

Valley, I didn't mean to step on any toes, I apologize. I did not realize this was posted at 7:03 AM (as my email notification of the article wasn't until 2:24 PM). Thank you for pointing that out.

So, it looks like there are some other people that have sent in some letters but didn't pay the $15 fee.

Check out these links:

If those who didn't pay the $15 go down and pay it today will they allow them to be filed as a protest instead of a letter of concern?
