It appears that the area approved for the Bison Creek development in
the Huntsville area has signs posted on the property to the effect that the land has been purchased from the original developer.
If anyone has additional information please post in the comments.

The County's Web Site shows the owner as Bison Creek Ranch LLC. Not sure if that is the name of the previous owner and the site has not been updated or if the new purchaser(s) created a similarly named LLC.
We heard rumors a few months ago that the property had been sold, but these signs are the first official notice we have seen.
Bison Creek received preliminary approval in the Spring of 2007, so it will be interesting to see what happens to that approval. Has it expired? Will the approval pass on to the new owners? Have they filed for extensions?
The posted paper on the property shows Olympic Capital Alliance LLC. We are checking with the Weber County Planning group to see if we can get any more information.
It seems logical since the planned water treatment plant that would feed the proposed Bison Creek development has been canceled and the other two developments that were to use the system have requested permission for their own sewer systems.
It appears the property may be up for auction. There is very little information available.
