In the attached video, candidate Wampler states emphatically that she has no conflicts of interest. She acknowledged that in the mid-2000s her father invested in Wolf Creek, but noted that it was long ago and he is no longer involved.

On the surface, that sounds reasonable—until you look closer. The Wampler Family WCRH, LLC appears on the Utah business entity website, created in 2018 and most recently renewed on 3/31/2025. That’s not the mid-2000s.

Even more concerning, the Registered Agent is listed as John Lewis, the principal behind Wolf Creek.

Now consider her donor list: Susan Wampler contributed $10,000 in July—and possibly more since then.

So, is this truly “no conflict”? Or is this just another case of looking the other way?
