There are actually 7 neighbors on that page that have filed a protest not 4.
ReplyDelete"Actually," thanks for keeping us honest, but when the article was posted at 7:03 am there were only four listed on the Water Rights web site. (Jeffs, Nass, Johnson and Granath). Now there are seven complainants.

If those who didn't pay the $15 go down and pay it today will they allow them to be filed as a protest instead of a letter of concern?
