And make no mistake about it, this building is huge...it is has the square footage of a Walmart super center and is taller than any building from the Valley all the way to I-15. It is double the size of any building permitted in our land use code.<br /><br />We carefully researched the law and find that our Planning Commission has full authority and obligation to make approval/denial decisions about conditional use permits consistent with our General Plan and Land Use Code (ordinances).
